Coaching for adults and teens who want a non-opioid pain management plan before, during, and after surgery.

If you or someone you love is concerned about relapsing from prescribed narcotics for an upcoming medical procedure, I can help.

 Coaching

Work one-on-one with a knowledgeable coach to understand your sobriety options through every step of your medical procedure. Coaching begins before your pre-operation doctor’s appointment and includes support on the day of your surgery and a post-surgery plan to help you maintain your sobriety.

AND

Consulting

A 45-minute consultation to answer your questions about what it takes to achieve a sober surgery and maintain your sobriety. I’ll share helpful resources that include a list of questions and requests you should ask your medical team. Your consulting session will be followed up with a 15-minute post-surgery support call.

I’m Janice.

Because you are here, I believe our paths crossed for a reason and that reason is—your sobriety is important.

Really important.

I know this is true because like you (or the loved one you’re in the trenches with), I’m in recovery and I have too much to lose by spiraling back into my opioid addiction.

I’m also…

  • a mother of five great kids

  • a wife

  • a disabled Veteran (U.S. Marine Corps.)

  • a best-selling author

  • a sober surgeries advocate for over a decade

  • a proud recipient of nine sober surgeries

It would be an honor to help you through your upcoming medical procedure—armed with the knowledge and support to stay sober every step of the way.

You don’t need to do this alone.

I’ll help you understand all your options for a successful, sober surgery. Learn how to advocate for yourself and communicate with your medical team so you feel in control of your sobriety.
